Tegmen level and mastoid bone thickness are important parameters of surgical risk in middle ear region surgeries. This retrospective cohort study was conducted to provide a classification for the regions. The population comprised 300 patients who underwent multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) various indications. Patients with no pathology that disrupted structure temporal were included study. A generated by analyzing data obtained from tympanic tegmen depths MDCT. lower on right side than left. In women, right-sided lower, low-level left thin bones more common. According classifications surgeries, women demonstrated higher men. addition, as increased, levels increased. present provides proper may be helpful preoperative assessment prior surgery.
